Is Delivery more expensive than going to a regular retail store?+
Our prices are right in line with regular in-person retail stores. There is a $10 delivery fee in some zones that can be waived for subscribers, Party Packs, or CannaCatering orders.
What is my Daily Limit?+
Per Massachusetts law, the daily purchase limit is the equivalent of 28 grams (1 ounce) of flower, 5 grams of concentrates, or 500mg of edibles per day per person.
Where Do you Deliver?+
We deliver all over Massachusetts to residential addresses including Airbnbs.
Why don't you deliver to some towns in your zone?+
Some towns have not opted in to allow cannabis delivery. If your town is not on our list, we encourage you to contact your local officials to express your interest in cannabis delivery services.
Are You Discrete?+
Absolutely! Our vehicles are unmarked, the delivery packaging is unmarked and our drivers wear plain clothes.
What Payment Types do you accept?+
We accept cash or ACH payments through our partner Aeropay.
What kind of ID can I use?+
We accept any valid, non-expired, government-issued photo identification. This includes driver's licenses, state IDs, passports, and military IDs.
What are the taxes?+
Massachusetts cannabis taxes include a 10.75% excise tax, 6.25% sales tax, and a 3% local tax, totaling 20% in taxes on all cannabis purchases.
Do you have a discount program?+
Yes! We have a loyalty points program where you earn points on every purchase. We also offer a $10 referral credit for you and your friend when they place their first order.
How do I know my delivery is on the way?+
You will receive text message notifications when your order is placed, when your driver departs, and when they are arriving.

How can I order for a house party?+
We offer multi-guest delivery packages for events with guests 21 and older. Place your order in advance and we'll deliver a selection of products for your party.
Do you accept returns?+
Due to the nature of cannabis products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.
What if I didn't receive something I ordered?+
Our drivers review all items at the time of delivery. If something is missing from your order, please contact us immediately and we will dispatch the missing item as quickly as possible.
